This May, the Mobile Source Air Pollution Reduction Review Committee (MSRC) will be holding a series of five regional workshops throughout the South Coast Air District to hear your ideas for clean transportation funding initiatives that stakeholders would like to see considered i0n the MSRC’s upcoming Work Program. The MSRC’s Work Program sets the project categories for which future funding will be available, such as alternative fuel vehicles and infrastructure, transportation demand management programs and other innovative projects geared toward reducing emissions from motor vehicles.
At the workshops you’ll learn about the state of the air in Southern California and what will be needed to meet air quality standards. You’ll hear from the MSRC about how it funds projects that stakeholders need in order to implement their clean air objectives, which helps us all breathe cleaner air. While the main workshop information presented will be the same for all five workshops, the stakeholder dialog promises to be as rich and diverse and as the attendees who participate. There are five dates and locations to choose from (see below).
