Contractor purchased six electric, 22-passenger shuttle buses. Contractor established two fixed-route shuttle services from the Burbank Metrolink station, also known as the Regional Intermodal Transportation Center (RITC). One route was designed to provide service from the station through Burbank to the Burbank Media District; the second route provided service from the Burbank station through the South San Fernando corridor to the City of Glendale's Metrolink station. The shuttle routes were marked with signs. Color brochures in the shape of electric shuttles, containing information about the shuttle service, routes and customer service phone numbers, were disseminated in the Burbank/Glendale area.

The program concentrated on Glendale and Burbank in the San Gabriel and San Fernando Valley areas of Los Angeles County. Communities along the route benefit from the cleaner air generated by the electric vehicles.
The current number of daily passengers is approximately 900. This ridership has been consistent over several months. This equates to the following annual emission reduction values: Reactive Organic Gases, 1,685 pounds reduced annually; Oxides of Nitrogen, 1,800 pounds reduced annually.
