Contractor initated a rail feeder shuttle service using four compressed natural gas (CNG) buses daily during peak hours from the Montebello/Commerce Metrolink station moving riders to their employment destination in the morning between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m. and returning the rider to the train station between 3 p.m. and 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The Montebello Link service area includes the cities of Commerce, Montebello, Monterey Park, Pico Rivera and Rosemead.
Estimated annual emissions reductions attributable to this project are: Reactive Organic Gases (ROG), 1,364 pounds per year; Oxides of Nitrogen (NOx), 1,789 pounds per year; Carbon Monoxide (CO), 1,645 pounds per year; and Particulate Matter (PM10), 695 pounds per year.
