MSRC’s Contracts Administrator Cynthia Ravenstein and other staff met with dozens of current and prospective partners at the recent Alternative Clean Transportation (ACT) Expo in Long Beach, California. The Expo was sold out drawing more than 3,000 registrants who gathered to explore partnerships, technologies, funding opportunities, and hear success stories related to alternative fuel vehicle deployments that are revolutionizing the transportation industry. Recent Clean Transportation Funding recipients including Frito-Lay, Go Natural Gas, and A-Z Bus Sales Inc. were some of the MSRC partners who stopped by the booth to update us on their successful clean fuel projects.
MSRC has five active RFPs including the newest Showcase III Off-Road Demonstrations Programs that was recently posted in June. All of the RFPs can be found on the home page of our website http://www.cleantransportationfunding.org.
MSRC is holding six public workshops this July to engage stakeholders about where new clean fuel transportation grants should be made in 2013 and beyond. The first workshop was recently completed on July 12th and the remaining five workshop locations and dates are as follows:
